HOW IT WORKS


Step 1. Initial Meeting

We will arrange a kick-off call to introduce ourselves and discuss your project goals, timelines and budget. We explain key functionality available and different pricing options. Alternatively, we can give our guidance on what we think could work for your specific venue.

Step 2. Site Visit and Production Phase I

Once you’re happy with the plan, we arrange to visit your venue and capture the 360° panoramas and any high-definition photos that you require. We will then create the basic tour infrastructure and send you a link to review the tour and approve the work.

Step 3. Creative Meeting

If you have selected a bespoke interactive tour, then this meeting will be to agree a plan to identify the digital content needed to make your virtual tour truly immersive and educational.

We will need to discuss what content is already available and what needs to be created and by who. If you require our assistance in creating new content (e.g filming videos), then additional fees may apply.

Step 4. Post Production: Phase II

We will work with you over the following weeks to embed the features that you require. This may include pop-up videos, photo albums, flip books, specialised green screen videos and more.

The final phase will be optimising the tour to work perfectly for desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices.

Step 5. Hosting

We will work with you to upload the virtual tour to your own hosting server. You will be able to embed the tour onto your own website without relying on any third party businesses. We can also provide hosting services but additional fees may apply.
